Requirements

To protect the culture and quality we’re building, we look for operators who meet clear experience, commitment, and values criteria.

Licensed Plumber

You must hold (or be eligible to hold) the appropriate plumbing license in your state and actively work in the business.

Full-Time, Hands-On Commitment

This is not a side project. Operators are expected to be fully engaged in daily operations, especially early on.

We’re selective by design and look for alignment in values, leadership style, and long-term vision.

Operator Launch Fee $10,000

A one-time fee that grants you the right to operate a Sunwave location and covers onboarding, systems setup, training, and initial operational support.

Plumbing Experience
